Pacific Rim

Celebrating the culinary traditions of Asia, Pacific Rim delights guests with the perfect balance of delicious flavors and Zen-like ambiance. During dinner, guests are treated to ocean views through windows designed in an abstract lotus shape, a universal Asian motif. Pacific Rim's chefs created a Pan-Asian menu with dishes such as grilled Korean barbecue lamb chops, wok-fried beans, eryngii mushroom and gochujang dressing.
